Payments
All contracted services require an advance payment (deposit of 100% of the tour cost per person) to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. This can be paid before 45 days departure from your country, but not later than 15 days before the start of the contracted services. Based on the type of service being provided and the length of time left before the service begins, management employees have the authority to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment.
In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be required in advance for some circumstances, such as special journeys and reservations at hotels or resorts made. Processing of Passport, Visa and Travel Insurance and any expenses of personal nature are not included in the tour cost. The international flights are to be arranged by the traveler unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Mode of Payment
Advance payments can be sent to our bank by online or wire transfer to the Bank Account Details provided by our company viz International Visitor Center India.
Booking Confirmation
The address & email listed on your booking form will receive any correspondence from the company regarding your tour or visit.
Booking confirmation is not implied or guaranteed by the company’s receipt of the deposit and booking form. Before the company issues a formal notice, no reservation is considered confirmed. The company retains the right to reject a reservation without providing a reason and, in that case, will return any deposits paid.
Additional Uses For Our Transport
Please be aware that until specifically stated in the schedule, the cost of the vehicle (cars or buses with the driver) does not include further usage of the vehicle, such as after a transfer or after touring.
The Itinerary Changes As Necessary
Once the tour has started, it will closely follow the planned agenda (Itinerary). For the safety and well-being of our cherished passengers, we reserve the right to alter the itinerary in whole or in part in the event of uncontrollable events and circumstances.
Booking Cancellation
We must be notified in writing if any tour or travel services must be cancelled for any foreseeable or unforeseen cause. Cancellation fees will take effect as of the day we receive written notification and will follow the terms of the refund policy. To learn more, please refer our refund policy.
Complaints
We try our best to provide travelers on one of our vacations with a pleasurable and trouble-free trip, but occasionally things don’t go as planned. Please notify your tour manager (at the same time) if you have any complaints, and they will take all necessary steps to address them right away. Within 30 days of the tour’s conclusion, you must give written notice to the company if the issue was not satisfactorily remedied. The investigation and resolution of the complaint will be impacted if you don’t write to us within this window of time. Any disagreements between customers and Visit Jewish India shall be subject to Indian law.
Liabilities Limitations
Our prices are determined by the current rates that we have negotiated with the hotels, airlines, etc. The pricing are subject to change by hotels and airlines without prior notice. Any unanticipated increases in taxes, fuel prices, or fees related to certain services, such as airline, exchange rates, the government or other regulatory organisations applied taxes, will be tacked on as an extra charge to the finalized Tour/service Cost.
However, the company will not impose any further costs on you until it has recovered 2% of the trip’s cost (excluding amendment fees). Sums more than 2% will incur fees. You will receive a new confirmation invoice along with any additional fees that may be necessary.
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by VisitJewishIndia.com are subject to the terms and conditions under which the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services provide their services. VisitJewishIndia.com only acts in the capacity of an agent for these parties.
All of the itineraries are illustrative and are meant to give you a broad idea of the anticipated travel timetable. The itinerary may need to be changed before the tour or while on the path depending on a variety of factors, including the weather, the state of the roads, the participants’ physical condition, etc. In the benefit of the tour participants’ safety, comfort, and general well being, we retain the right to alter any timetable.
All hotel reservations are based on the hotels’ standard check-in and check-out times. We will not be held liable for any delays, changes to the schedule, or costs incurred (directly or indirectly) as a result of weather-related delays, airline cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, transport system failures, or other unfavorable circumstances.
We will not be held liable for any loss, harm, or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from any act of Almighty (GOD), dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services.
There is no insurance policy covering our costs in the event of an accident, illness, theft-related loss, or for any other cause. It is advisable for travelers to look for these insurance plans in their own country. The danger of any luggage or other personal property is always that of the client.
Note: We will not be held liable for any expenses brought on by unforeseeable events like landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, etc.
