We must be notified in writing if any tour or travel services must be cancelled for any foreseeable or unforeseen cause. We must have your receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return. Our 30-day return and refund policy is in effect. After 30 days of your payment, the company is unable to provide you with a full refund or exchange.

We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your refund request after it has been received and reviewed. Additionally, we’ll let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account or credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Cancellation Policy

As described below, compensation may be due in situations of significant change.

Minor modifications won’t be subject to payment. Minor alterations include slight adjustments to departure and arrival times, modifications to the kind of aircraft operated, and upgrades to comparable or better standards for the restaurants and lodging.

Major adjustments include cancellation, delaying your departure or return by more than 12 hours, and switching to a lower-quality hotel.

The following cancellation fees would apply, and they would take effect as of the day we receive written notification of your cancellation:

45 days or more before Tour Starts (within 15 days of the reservation): 100% Refund

30-44 days before Tour Starts: 75% of Deposit/ Tour/ Service Cost

15 – 29 days before Tour Starts: 50% of Deposit/ Tour/ Service Cost

 7 – 14 days before Tour Starts: 50% of Deposit/ Tour/ Service Cost

 1 – 7 days days before Tour Starts:: 0% of Deposit/ Tour/ Service Cost

Late or missing refunds

In case you haven’t already received your return, double-check your bank account. Contact your bank when your refund has been duly posted.
